Is the TES SEN Show 2017 free to attend?

Yes the exhibition is free to attend and we would love to see you there!


What are the opening hours?

The show is open from 9am to 5pm on Friday 6 and 10am to 4pm on Saturday 7 October 2017.


Are seminars free to attend?

The cost per seminar session is £15 + VAT if booked in advance and £20 inc VAT on the day. (the early bird offer exoired on 31 July 2017).
N.B. There is a £1.85 postage fee. For payments by invoice there is a £10 admin fee charge.  


Can I pay by card?

Yes, please provide your card details during the seminar registration process.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, with a £10 invoice admin charge.
Please select 'payment by invoice' during the registration process, and then transfer your payment (which must reach us before 5th October) to:

How many seminars are there?

There are a total of 42 seminars across both days.


How long do seminars last?

Each seminar session is 1 hour.


How can I prove my seminar attendance?

All seminar attendees will be emailed a CPD certificate post event.


Are the seminars ticketed?

The seminars work on a first come first serve basis so to make sure you don't miss out. We recommend booking your ticket/s in advance.


Are the workshops free to attend?

Workshops are free to attend and more information will be available soon.

Are children allowed to attend?

We are happy for children to come along to the show, but they must always be accompanied by an adult. Children cannot attend the seminars.

Will there be anywhere to buy food and drink while I'm at the show?

Located upstairs is The Good Eating Company offering a range of food and drinks. We do also recommend bringing a bottle of water with you to the show.

What are the Booking Terms and Conditions for Seminars?

Please refer to the Terms and Conditions. During the registration process (step 4), these conditions must be ticked as read and accepted.


What is the cancellation policy?

Please refer to the Terms and Conditions, cancellation of booking / refund policy:

1. Written cancellations received six weeks prior to the event will be accepted and a refund of 50% the booking charge will be made. After this date, no refunds can be given. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
2. If written cancellation is not received six weeks prior to the event, full payment is still due irrespective of whether the delegate/s attend/s the event. 3.
